– Managed and coordinated the supply of cigarette and packaging materials for customers within the intracompany business (global materials supply service)

– Coordinated the supply of SFG and packaging materials for the Dagmersellen factory in Switzerland (Trier, Germany)

– Participated in the project “Simplification of materials” as an analyst (Trier, Germany)

– Modified the existing planning tools for the implementation of the project “Free warehouse in the EAC countries” (various types of customs clearance, Almaty city)

– Developed a new type of reporting key performance indicators (Machinery KPI, Impact by Material – Yield, Compressed Air, Daily Report) and helped save time by collecting information and receiving daily data about the progress at the site of production in realtime (Power BI, VBA)

– Coordinated the Effective Kaizen project. Conducted a survey of 200 employees and developed an informative presentation on all the key tools of the Kaizen philosophy.
